Combat troll rogue with Venerable Mass of McGowanx2 and 15.43% hit (dat off hand). Everything popped with SnD is 95.33% haste which equates to a 1.4 sec swing with a mace.

This is too fun...

It's your (haste %/100)+1 *(default amount of ticks for flame shock)

So lets say you have 10% haste and Flame Shock ticks 6 times normally (guessing).

1.10*6=6.6

So you'd have 6 full ticks
and 1 partial tick at 60% of the value of a normal tick.

But I doubt this will save you from certain enhancement death :-/
