A few questions for yall

If I just got azerite gear and necklace for these characters, how well would they do in bgs and expeditions?

I'm fairly comfortable with all specs for lock, dk, and mage. I basically quit legion halfway through ToS due to being annoyed with a dead server group and a terrible raid leader. I'll have to update legendaries, but that shouldn't be an issue for me.

Also are there communities for Horde US 110's? How many people are active? Thanks guys

Very active. 110s have their own BG bracket and you will see tons of 110 twinks. Expect a challenge though as alli has been killing it lately in BGs.

Also can run islands quite fast once you get a few key Azerite traits and legos.
 
Does the alliance twinks at 110 have a group going so we can add each other to bnet and join together?
 
Okay cool I like competition. That being said is the dk gonna be the best chance I have of not being one shot. Or is that gonna be ranged like a fire mage or afflock?

Yes there is a 110 community in game. Add some btags on here and see if they are part of it. Maybe they can get you inv
 
Just know that you want to plan out your traits for whatever you're doing. I didn't and ended up with some bad traits on some of my Twinks but they still do amazingly well.

I'm not exactly sure where to even start. Do I wait till 8.1 to do the quests for the new traits? Will the patch even effect us at 110? What quest lines are the azerite rewards in? Has it been proven/disproven that ilvl of your neck effects azerite ilvl rewards?

I'm super green to this bracket and have so many questions

As to figuring out your best traits and how that will work in 8.1 - thats up to you. You can do quests up until the azerite reward quest and not turn those in if you want. Then wait and see how 8.1 shakes out and go from there.
