Isn't 4 piece tier 6 beyond good for feral? How comes nobody is using it?

I'm using it and I feel it's quite good. My feral is still leveling up to 99 so I'm not on the list yet but you can see me profile a couple of posts above.

Also I think BIS shoulder and pants would be the Siege of Ogrimar tier gear instead of the 10% mangle dot gear I have on, I just can't solo SOO yet.

[Catch-22]

Still gearing (cant find someone with damned volcanic shoulders on my realm) for prot, and havent fully upgraded my crafted gear because I've been upgrading my fury/arms sets at the same time (7 stage 3 items across the specs adds up to a hefty sum), but I've been trying out bonus armour prot again because even with the nerfs you can still get some decent AP out of it.
