9.1.5 Changes

Hunters got a buff!!! Yay!
Revive Pet now has a 3 second cast timer (down from 4). This will be really good for dungeon runs.

...did you think that was the only buff? :)
  • MARKSMANSHIP
    • Arcane Shot now deals 30% additional damage in PvP combat (was 20%).
    • Aimed Shot now deals 15% additional damage in PvP combat (was 10%).
    • Rapid Fire now deals 10% additional damage in PvP combat.
I sincerely hope that this is a meme. I am already getting shit on by hunters doing the aimed shot -> rapid fire combo. Sometimes they don't even need rapid fire. My impact in BGs as a feral druid is already considerably low. If hunters really got a buff my impact goes from low to non-existent as I will get deleted as soon as I leave stealth in a group fight. :kms:

DKs are actually getting a nice PvP buff too.

Not gameplay related, but they added support for FidelityFX super resolution scaling in the advanced system settings, and as someone who has been playing at 50% resolution scale on a 4k monitor, it's a large improvement over the existing crude upscaling options. I did a double take and thought it had reset my graphics settings to 100% and enabled some kind of artificial sharpening until I took a closer look and figured out what what going on.

It's time for another Conzil prediction.

I think that Horde F2Ps will be able to queue for Island Expedition but Alliance F2Ps will not.

You see, on the PTR, the way you queue is by talking to the NPC next to the Expedition Map table (Captain Rez'okun for Horde, Flynn Fairwind for Alliance). Right now on live servers Flynn Fairwind is phased until you do the quest Island Expedition, but Captain Rez'okun is not.

On live you currently queue by talking to the Expedition Map Table and I think Blizzard will do another whoopsie when they change how to queue which will allow Horde to queue.

And once again I predicted the future :)

also sightless-eye

I farmed these for days to get the ugly rat, got the achievement but they send the rat by mail so I was out of luck. I didn't open a ticket for it, wasn't really interested in reading what these clowns at blizzard hade to say about it.

wait for mail to expire then open ticket i think is the trick and they’ll add to inventory

EU f2p probs know better than me

The Fire Watcher's Oath from Timeless Isle is once again usable on a lvl 20 created in prepatch or later.

I looted my Oath on my paladin back in bfa, and was able to use it all the time throughout Shadowlands, however my DK (created on prepatch first day) has not been able to use the Oath (got it in prepatch somewhere) until 9.1.5!

I have yet to loot a new one on another char to see if the toy is GF'd or not.

The necks heal for quite a lot at 29. Useful in arena where the games won't last long. Might be good as a alternative to ilvl 28 necks too.

Gives 5 stam, 22 secondary stats + heal VS 6 stam, 25 secondaries and a socket on a BoE. Not too far behind, might be useful.

Using it on my rouge because rogues only have that super low tier heal crimson vial, but the 5 min cd is meh. The belt heal on the other hand from eng is neat, 1min cd.
Both are off GCD, like all items, and can be included in a macro like:

#showtooltip Crimson Vial
/use 2
/cast Crimson Vial
