85 Rogue gearing help

Hey All,
Kinda new to twinking, and I have an 85 rogue that I am trying to gear only for instanced BGs. I was wondering what stats I should be prioritizing for each spec. Also, I have tried sin for a couple of bgs and it feels like it doesn't do any damage to some classes. I feel like I'm playing it wrong, but I would love some advice on how to play sin and outlaw in instanced bgs. Thanks all!

Assassination is very strong, Its what I usually play when I queue on my 85 rogue. I'll try to getting around to making a list of BIS items for you

No they arent, but use the main-hand for wepon dmg and karazhan x3socket one in off-hand and your fine
