Ok, the patch is here and we need quite a lot of stuff tested. Let's start a new, clean thread, the 7.3.5. PTR one got quite huge and hard to navigate in. I have collected a list of questions from all the other threads, that I will be updating every hour. If you have an answer or you can test anything, this will help the whole community.
Please, keep this thread clean and don't spam random stuff that has nothing to do with the new patch!
Transmoging questions and answers were not be listed here, but in the other thread that was started on this topic specific.
Edit: The items up to lvl 60 being transmogable is not a bug. It will stay, we all can calm down.

!!! IMPORTANT ABOUT F2PS GOING VET. READ THIS IF YOU PLAN TO SUB YOUR ACCOUNT. !!!
0.1 What happens when you have reached the XP cap on a vet/f2p lvl 20 char.
- [F2P] You keep getting XP after the cap (46 k / 42 k etc) and it calculates how many lvls will you gain if you sub / buy the game.
- [Vet] If you are not subbed, you are not getting any xp, no matter if you have xp locked or not. (YEY! XP banking is not working and may not be intended to work for vets).
0.2 Can you lock XP as an f2p / vet?
- Yes, you can!
0.3 Can you unlock XP as an f2p / vet?
- No, you can not!
0.4 Can you join a battleground on an f2p / vet?
- You can if XP is not locked, you can not if you have locked your xp.
0.5 Can you join a dungeon group as an f2p / vet?
- You can, no matter if your xp is locked or not.
Gear Related:
1. What is the ilvl of the Random Dungeon Finder bag reward items? Screenshots of item's stats would be appreciated.
- Rewards are ilvl 26 as expected. Stats are not as good as the boss drops. New slot items are dropping now tho, it is not cloak and waist only.
2. What is the ilvl of the Random Battleground crate reward items (the blue, updated ones are the ones we all want to know about)? Is there a difference between the pre and post patch version stats?
- RBG crate items are nerfed, but Ilvl is staying 28 and stats are the same as pre 7.3.5.
3. What is the ilvl of the items you can buy from the Krom'gar Quartermaster (horde only)
- Boots are ilvl 26, Bracers are ilvl 27. Shoulders and Head are ilvl 30.
4. Is it true that quest rewards can gain a random update like the RBG rewards?
- Noone has confirmed that.
5. What is the ilvl and stats of the Love is in the Air event necks? According to Wowhead, the new version will stay ilvl25 (PTR tests of epics resulted in char lvl + 6 + 6 but that may not be the case on live). Also, the stats this year may be nerfed quite a lot: 2017 version vs 2018 version. (click on links for lvl 20 versions)
- Stats of the 2017 version are nerfed as well so nothing will be gfd. We still can hope that epics will drop with a higher ilvl than the rares atm (ilvl26), but in the worst case, we will get the last years version.
6. Is the Arena Master trinket lootable? Is the AGM questavailable?
- You can loot Arena Master trinket, you can not start the AGM quest.
7. Can the Furbolg Medicine Pouch be bought if you have the rep at Honored?
- There is no lvl restriction on the FMP, you can buy it at any lvl if you have the rep required.
8. Is there any change to the STV Fishing Tourney? Is Hook of the Master Angler still available?
- Yes, it is.
9. Is Keefer's Angelfish lootable and can we turn it in for Lucky Fishing Hat? Is there a stats or ilvl difference between pre and post patch?
- Keefer's is lootable and the post 7.3.5 hat is unchanged.
10. Is any of the fishing drops scaling up to ilvl 26 and what are the stats: Stendel's, The 1 Ring, Old Crafty / Old Ironjaw?
- Stendel's is not scaling, stats are being nerfed on both pre and post patch version to 2 crit. Safe to assume other fishing items are not scaling as well
11. Are there any ilvl 26+ blues/greens that can drop from rare mobs and which zone groups (10-20, 20-30 etc)?

12. Is entering ICC possible again on a low lvl char?
- Not possible on any difficulty, I guess the anon comment was fake news.
13. Are there any other raids available?
- I don't see any change in ICC and I am pretty sure other rides are not changed as well.
14. Are the items from raids scaling down and usable?
- No rides available so no items scaling.
15. Are there any changes in professions? New skill cap, specializations possible?
- Not for this bracket, no.
16. Is Gnomergan available and is the loot scaling for 20s?
- Available. Loot is not scaling but you can learn appearances on lvl 20 even if you can wear the item.
17. Is the new quest for the S.E.L.F.I.E camera available to lvl 20s (toy may require lvl 30 to add to collection) ?
