49s with insane HP

@dirtypaws @Warglave I found that I can't loot a 2nd time on my DH either, but my Boomkin & Hunter have no issues, both have multiple items still in bags and got loot Today.

someone in another thread says their DH cant either... i guess blizz is just DH-incompetent on this one.
