It gives me 16 agility on my old 70 twink boots but not on my legion twink boots. I think they are gfd like you said

I could be so wrong, but I swore that the titanforge, and warforge and regular base ilvl all got squished to the same number being ilvl 50. Farming on my level 50s, I just got these 2 to drop, obviously the warforge is ilvl 60, I wonder what the titanforge is then? These could be insane for 45-49 twinks if titanforge and socket / speed / leech.

I'm not sure they'd be any better than Legion Mythic Raid gear that can also forge/Socket/Tertiary.

In general? or current questing? The 2019 anniversary stuff on my old 119 (now 49) is mostly 68 and I have one 71.
