I have a few Q's for this bracket, which I'm enjoying a ton so far.

• So BoE non treasure chest drops can be +8 ilvls, assuming I have a full set am I even going to notice a stat difference in BGs? That doesn't seem that much higher...
• Is anyone doing Silithus farming? I would like to get in on this. Or is it better to farm in Burning Steeps?
• Whats the highest Engineering we can have?
