For the hunter if you dropI made gear planner links for all 19s/29s in a private discord of mine. Slowly working on 39s. These are what I have so far:
Hunter: https://classic.wowhead.com/gear-planner/hunter
2143 health, 2535 mana, 576 attack power, 9.30% crit
Shaman: https://classic.wowhead.com/gear-planner/shaman
2039 health, 1828 mana, 342 attack power, 16% crit

you gain 11stam, 1int and lose 4 agi. You seem to be prioritizing int > agil = stam so I think this would be an upgrade / sidegrade to what you're trying to do.
Also, https://classic.wowhead.com/item=9422/shadowforge-bushmaster is strictly better than https://classic.wowhead.com/item=13138/the-silencer for MM
and this is just a nitpick, but if you're going to run 22int on weapons, you want a set of 2x 22int / 2x 15agil. You can weapon swap in combat so 1x 22int / 15agil is worse than 2x 22int - weapon swap to 2x 15agil after you use the mana
Higher tooltip damage -> higher aimed shotsOof I just made some adjustments to my build. Didnt even notice I was running that eagle ring. What makes that gun better? I see the higher speed and damage, but does the 14+ attack power not cancel that out?
