39 BiS Standards (All Classes) Updated for Phase 5!

I would recommend a few changes in the hemo sub build and get 5/5 camo, 2/2 dirty deeds, 2/2 heightened senses and 3/3 in imp gouge, I don't think deadliness is needed at all for hemo build as the build is mainly for stun locks and cc chains, if you want more attack power then you can get more glass cannon gear to make up for it but I think utility is major in hemo build. my rouge is currently glass cannon geared in hemo build :)
 
I could see that - my build does have max Heightened Senses though. The thing is, burst is a bit of a problem for Hemo and with such high AP already 10% more is extremely effective, even moreso if you go glass cannon. I don't think Gouge is a must with Hemo personally, but it is ofc always handy. I could also see ppl going for 5 in Malice instead of the AP for similar reasons. Most I would probably do is take 2/2 Dirty Deeds and 4/5 AP.

MATE its been too long, queues are pretty bad on horde side at certain times might be time to invest in one.
 
New to 39s, any recommend OH for alliance frost mage since one recommend is only horde?

I think Staff of Jordan wins out for ally. I'll have to double check to be sure though.
 
Hi excuse me. For the druid FC build, I am alliance. I have the Ardent Custodian but the offhand is horde only. What alliance alternative is best to use? Orb of Lorica perhaps? @Outofspace

You got many options. uthek’s finger is a good one. 5int/Stam/spirit or even a 7/7 eagle boe.
 
Also, what would be the point of doing the FC build but with the full feral spec tree? How is that better than the feral dps spec tree or just the regular fc spec?

The full Feral FC build gets you HotW, and with tank gear it would net you a lot of extra Stam. That bring said it's not what I would run, but some people have expressed interest in it.

because the best ammo you can use for bows is only lvl 25, unless you are horde and farm the uldaman alliance boss for those 35 green arrows which is not worth imo, you can make lvl 37 ammo for guns through engineering which make the dmg output higher.
