Hi, I´ve been playing in low levels battlegrounds and i noticed a bug, i think.
And i also have question:
So in battlegrounds i should benefit from secondary stats like im at maximum level possible in that bracket, but i dont.
I noticed this on my hit ranting scaling, i have a level24 that gets hit capped with 9hit in bg but my 20 that should consired 24 inside bg needs more then 9hit.
In my level 24 the melee hit is 3.00% and in spell its 6.00%, it duplicates, but in my lvl20 it doesnt duplicates, why?
Now this i think its a bug, i am spell hit capped with my caster, but i still miss, i tested all this in game, and also read in forums people complaining about it.
Please anwser my question and fix the bug
Ty for your time.
Greetings Mitch,
Thanks for contacting us about your bug feedback.
I appreciate the patience you had while waiting for an answer.
Thank you for letting us know of this possible bug, while I cannot delve into the details of what may be causing such a situation, I will send the details of your report on to our Quality Assurance team, who are attempting to reproduce the issue. Once they have done so, they will forward their findings to our Development Team, who will then determine a fix, and apply it to the game as soon as possible. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the wait.
I should let you know that the most EFFECTIVE way to report bugs is to use our new system which can get these directly to the Quality Assurance team who can start on them right away.
To report a bug to our QA team, all you need to do is click on the red question mark on your bottom menu bar, then find the "Submit Bug" button (with a picture of a little blue bug next to it). This button will bring you to a text window where you can describe exactly what was going on when this happened. Please try to be as descriptive as possible so that we have some good information to start working on.
Have an Epic Adventure Time!

Those misses against level 24 mobs are not a bug. It's part of how one's miss chance greatly goes up versus higher levels, or why level 24+ are very annoying. Approximately, one experiences a +5% miss chance per level versus foes with that much extra levels, or [for example] against a level 24 mob or player outside battlegrounds (to a degree): (6+5x4)%=26% miss chance.Has anyone been having misses in PVE? I noticed I was missing on level 24 mobs chest farming. I reset SKADA before some of the pulls to make 100% sure. This was with 16.5% hit on an elemental shammy. I had misses with LB, ES and FS. I wonder if hit is broke in general and really broke when BG scalling is thrown in.

In that case, it wouldn't effect me; I roll 20s.This is misinformation as indicated by [post=645717]Reflexz[/post]. Just to reiterate, miss chance has never been 5% per level for players. (Unless we are talking about THAC0, but... wrong game.)
