Tbh and really to the point....The whole bracket has gay tendencies which I'm a big fan of
20s f2p twinks are mass afk reporting lvl 29s in the bracket

Fair points made, i think we agree for the most part.
For the record i could roll a 29 (i pay for wow) but don't for obvious reasons... just incase you thought i was attacking the 29's because I couldnt be one xD
I mean, I've always had p2p accounts myself. Playing f2ps has been more of an every now and then thing, for me.. Cus it's kinda fun, if you're in for a grind!
I also think we agree. I think we all want the same thing. A healthy bracket! No 29s would be the best way to make that happen, considering the vast majority are the 20s that keeps this bracket alive, and has kept it alive for such a long time.
Ideally, I think there are better ways. And despite the people's understandable frustration, it's sad that people feel the need to handle it this way.
the same reason why 24s wanted to play wakamole prior to the bracket merge (aka. 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, & etc.). it's the quote "ftp is bad" type of argument.

Needs more overarching changes to undo all the endgamemefication of low level pvp and pacing of retail 19s/20s.
Struggle to see how you can reincarnate this dead horse without something like this:
GCD in pvp to 3 seconds.
Limit (with the player aura) the amount of maximum damage & healing a spell can do in pvp. Not greater than 10% of targets hp.
Cap moving speed in pvp. Not Greater Than: Player unmounted = 125%. Player mounted = 160%.
Two pvp brackets. Leveling scaling level 10-79. Endgame level 80.

I am down for this actually a good change prevent players from running as fast as epic mounts or in some cases faster.
Not sure this would work with the difference in abilities and talents, by scalling do you mean everyone goes up to 79 talents included? I personally think a wod scalling system would be good for the current iteration of the game, maybe with gem gear removed though.

20 twinks be it f2p or post WoD Vet have always been relatively tame in terms of their singular power against fellow 20s or levelers
Historically a leveler at or near the bracket cap with heirlooms would be on par or stronger than a f2p twink who could not enchant for example
In later expansions like BFA and beyond the gap between f2p and vet again was greatly reduced due to enchant and profession scaling
It’s only ever been bracket capped twinks that have been the problem
Of course you have outliers like the totally ungeared “Jajas” that literally had no idea what they were doing in PvP get stomped
And on the flip side you have the SL era fotm hunter premaders, who btw are the ones playing 29s now and justify it with the same thing you’re saying

3 second global cooldown is a mentality shift, sure. Same with mount moving speed. After a month people adapt.
Point is to make pre positioning meaningful again, player skill level to have actual impact, actions taken to have actual consequences.
How things are now is a meaningless soup. Spam heal/damage without a clear path for people to improve on or even feel the mistake.
There are ways to play around with 3 sec gcd like having cc/defensives/anything with an existing cooldown not having it.
In essence the system would scale everyone to bracket cap and ensure same starting point for primary stats.
Most skills you get with levels now are just fluff nice to haves. Hardly a dps problem if done right.
As it is still a rpg and there must be progression so whatever.
The 10% hp cap on ANY damage spell/heal will balance it out.
People won't get globaled and there will be a path to reach same dps/heal output.
Can have bg boxes gear with "pvp rank" and make it go up in ilevel to specific cap in instanced pvp (like it is at endgame now).
Don't mind gems personally. Always been core part of rpg for me to have gems and to upgrade things.
As long as it is not current "Han Solo speed what ever i just auto healed for 3k" it can be part of progression.
You can add a scroll for 10k honor to upgrade any existing gear to "pvp rank" and let it slide up in instanced pvp.
You can add a scroll for 5k honor to add a socket slot to gears (up to 3 slots per item) and have that as a customization fork.
Imagine gloomshroud you can upgrade or agm with 3 gem sockets.
They can make it like it was in wod or mop or what ever you like. Without an overarching dome to ensure no bullshit escapes it how long will it last before some next bullshit patch/expansion/level squish/broken class (hello 4k bm monk guard in wod)/item/ take us to square one? Having something like this would fix pvp forever. They won't have to rollout nerfs and buffs for a decade since system will simply self balance max dps output. Ensure scaling works properly from 10 to 120 or whatever levels they aiming for in between squishes now and that's it.
Ahwell. i hs'ed to a dream land again. Rather run 3.3.5 locally and have wsg vs bots than try saving this company from OD.
True I guess i am more against the speed and health regen ones, would be nice if blizzard did another pass on all the gems to make them more uniform at each level instead of some being 1/1 and others being 2/2 etc.

Blizzard should just put Trial Accounts into their own queues but they're hoping if they make life suck for the F2Ps they'll pay money just to make it suck slightly less. Such a pity the 29s are trying to kill the bracket because when TWW dropped things were pretty good for awhile when it was just 20s playing.
Idk bro, 13 bucks a month isn't really mad in my opinion, and i rly dont understand why ppl want to keep blocked and limited when they're -for most of them - paying on another acc
I remember old times when ppl had a 29 for pvp and a 20 on a trial acc to farm achiev, to explore the world when they normally couldnt' go and doing their stuffs, they were a real minority in pvp and it was fine for everyone.
The shitty mentality has come when 20 (that are playing the game FOR FREE) have decide that the game was theirs.
Btw this is only my personal opinion, i perfectly know that noone will agree, and i'm not here to discuss about it, simple facts. Anyway, i don't even Q bg with my chars, nothing is more boring than killing everyone without any diff, i miss WOD for the premade vs premade bg's
