i don't think using runeblade is a smart idea, losing the armor from the shield and all that int hurts. the speed is nerfed and no longer worth it.

get the vers/mastery socket gloves from freehold
get another haate mastery ring ( idc about the socket ones I am lazy)
Get desolation gloves and shamblehide chestguard ( this is more about finding the time to do something that boring since I have 3 accounts and can run myself.)

Definitely going for socketed gear for the cape. Not sure if I want sockets or secondary stats for the boots and belt. Have all DPS trinkets for swapping. Currently farming Gossamer and the Black Stalker trinket.

What is the secondaries priority that you are following? There are some optimisations to be made.
- You have 3 Desolation pieces equipped. They do have unoptimal secondaries and because you only need 2 for the set bonus (which is worth the trade), the third item should be swapped:
1. If you are willing to consider another leather option, Moonglade Robe will result in +8 vers - 8 haste, which sounds like a good trade. (also, chest is way easier to hide in a good transmog)
2. If you prefer to stick to mail items, vers gloves would be the biggest improvement. Stormfront Gauntlets are your best bet, costing you 1.66 crit/haste per 1 vers. (chest will cost
2 and shoulders will cost 2.16 crit/haste per 1 vers)
- If you value vers > mast, you may want to change to Reanimator's Cloak (+3 vers -6 mast). You will lose some swag tho, so I would not do that.
- Thornwoven Band provides 1 more vers at no cost, but if priority is not Haste > Crit or Mast, I would not bother and instead go with another ring like Seal of Rivendare (max vers value + crit) or Ritual Bone Band (max vers value + mastery).
Overall looks solid, a good combination of Old-school flexing and recent farming drops. Some minor optimisation would make it even better.
P.P. I would still go for Inscription over Alchemy (~same DPS-wise, but better survivability options with the 5 stam enchant), but Alchemy is fine, the difference is hardly noticeable.

I do value Stam > Int > Vers > Crit >>>> Mast = Haste, gearing for pure survivability (FCing and general objectives). I am yet to get a useful double proc on head/waist/wrist/rings, but I will be working on those (trying to get a socket Seal of Rivendare first).
I do not have BFA GF'd 1h/oh and the one-time rares were not good enough to me, so sticking with the next best thing, having in mind F2P BoEs are ilvl72 and cant compete in those slots even if socket procd.
Let me know if you thing there is anything I can improve.

If you don't want to commit to a whole UI reskin like Elvui just for gems and enchants to be displayed in the character sheet then I'm sure theres a weak aura for it
