while I roll with the seen SP/haste set as long as there are decent healers around, in general you want a haste/stam build. (Versatility was the shit for demo pre-blanket nerf but if you still believe in versatility, I encourage you play a couple games in a vers set and then a couple games in a haste set and taste the difference. There's no going back)
Damage is extremely low so you're playing utility now. Haste means much faster fearspams, exponentially higher demo fury generation for constant leaps and blanket dooms, etc, and more ele force ticks. Stam up to around 5k for pugging will give you the survivability to play out your utility and survive to escape.
(glyphed)hand of gul'dan, at 29, should be considered more for its snare utility than for its damage. unlike chaos wave, which snares your primary target and nothing else, glyphed hand of guldan will snare anything it touches so you can and should be an extreme pain in the dick to any melee you come across.
