I'm coming up 46 and yes, the mind can feel young but the body aches and pains pull you back down to earth pretty quickly.

Not metaphorical - got to Level 48 & things that worked perfectly well through years of abuse started breaking. You think it won't happen, but it does. The trick is to mentally lock at Level 35 & just be careful - keep racking up the experience points though!

(And avoid having children as far as we can tell - that seems to age people.)

Edit: And get a younger wife - that helps...
