The obtained (like... last week obtained) satchel loot on a couple of my vets scales up to 26 now. So I think it would be safe to assume that it scales up to 25 for 19s

Looks like you’d have to farm ilvl 23 satchel items with 4/2 secondary stats (boots,gloves & belts) to get 5/3 when their ilvl change to 25

Collossus enchant still absorbing around 70 damage according to the tooltip.
Tooltip unchanged for arcane bomb. Still 5 second silence.
Set bonus is unchanged. Still 18 int total and 4 haste.

Yes- as will all I’ll 23 req 19 BoEs (mindthrust/witching staff/assassins blade/gloom (which is 10agi/10stam/7crit)). Rogue wise, everyone will be looking for gloom/SF.

The tooltip says 70, but it absorbs like 21 on live the last time I tested it out. You should use it and see if they fixed it, but I doubt it.

Alright well colossus is just busted I guess. On live, I had it proc 3, 5, 6, 7 and 21. I have no idea how these numbers are calculated.
On PTR it just absorbed 5 and 14. 14 being the number about 90% of the time.

Tbh BWB is overrated and you lose so much stam and secondaries for a small int increase, it’s just not worth it.
It’s all in the hype of the item
I have one on my 19 mage and one on my 19 druid and neither I use it over BG ring + lore keeper

I think it's after the new raid's last segment gets released for LFR.
edit- you know... remember the mount you got if you bought 6 months game time? I think that 6 months is just about up. I'd not be surprised if the patch hits just about then. Blizz knowing full well how long to dangle the new races on a stick.

They confirmed allied race with 8.1.5 and it wont come out before last wing of lfr (27th feb)
Since 27 feb feels too soon i'd give that few extra weeks.
Most logical feels like 13th march and 8.2 in end april ish (6 month bundle from before ends in April)
If ptr gets a build with "release" tag it will probably come out within a week to live.
