As the title says; the 10's community will be nerfed greatly. Reducing all stats to a static 20%

As you see, ALL stats have been fucked. I myself will try myself to stack crit/haste, rather than vers at this point as we have WoD stats again.

You posted pics from 7.3 PTR yes? If so it could be nothing more than a TT bug as some of the Weapons for 60's that "changed" on the PTR have TT's like does 1 million dmg and stupid shit like that.

Of course. Same as with most classes when it comes to 10 vs 19. The only plausible argument for making a lvl 10 twink, ever, is because you wanna dick around in open world pvp. But if you bring up battleground statistics as a 10 and say "look, 10s don't suck", I will laugh at you. And probably won't stop laughing either. I might actually die, send help.

The only reason they play it is because it's OP
