i have a 19 / 20 with TBC leg enchants and Boas with shoulder enchants (TBC), So i can see if they work. I have jade spirit / dancing steel at hand so i will see if they work. I am getting mats for black magic.

My main is an enchanter and i have a dancing steel / jade spirit to spare so yeah i may use them on Boas. However i think i may need to go farm some more mats that Black Magic looks like fun on a Shadowpriest.

24 you gain access to gnomer rings and bracers (all which reduce arcane (arcane shot)/ nature (serpent sting) ). But if you don't care about stuff like that then go 22 for gouge and gear scaling.
