I've gone from 154 Wins and 53 Losses to 203 Wins and 66 Losses. I'm not great at maths but I'm pretty sure thats an increase in percentages. My rating on the Arena Ranked website says 1665 but my rating in-game says 2104 using the 'Arena Ranked' addon

I'm new to twinking and this might sound a silly question but why do people lock their XP at lvl 10, 20 or 30 and not go on to 19, 29 or 39 etc. I would have thought that the extra 9 levels still keeps them in the same BG groups and also makes them stronger with more abilities etc
