Cheers. I've tried to put Flexweave Underlay on some cloaks, but can't do this due to 'low item level'. Tried on ilvl 22-24 cloaks, don't have access to anything higher ATM. Did anyone figured this out?

I don't understand why people still specify fraction. Xmogs looks now are account-wide, once you've got it, you can use it on whatever toon you want (if there is no extra conditions like level or reputation requirements).

There is another way to get to Wickerman, but you'll need glider or parachute cloak. Go to the mountains to east from UC, there is a spot ([68.0, 69.1]) from where you can just glide over the walls and then run to the door. If you time this carefully, guards won't notice you.
