I don't know any version/any bracket that rogue is the best class. In CN server we even have a conventional wisdom called "too many rogues result in lose"贼多必输.

Arathi highlands lv340 nerfed to lv280, not useful for 119 but still quite good for 110. At least on CN server, GM told me 280 are fine.

Could warlock/hunter/some other DPS use vial of the sunwell? I find post from TBC show warlock could collect holy energy by life tunnel(the ability to heal demon). 9000+heal seems great.

Frostsavage set also provide 16 more secondary stat, probably better unless you have a lot of 5int 6sta gem. For warlock the gap is quite small while the effort is huge. I seen people use 3 socket head from quest, might be a reasonable choice. The real bis of many slots comes from Timewalking...

WLK gem and WOD enchants, but they are no longer useful in PVP...
