What is Best Professions on Priest?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew what the best profession for priest were? Since JC is no longer useful because neck and trinket arent bis and the gems only give u +4 intel. What is the new best profession to couple with tailoring?

You get JC first to get access to the better gems, craft a bunch of them, then unlearn JC and learn Engineering for stun or Inscription for the stronger enchant.

ya it's usable and quite common in arena
