yeah as long as youre level 60+ also the person trading it to you has to be on either a different realm or different battlegroup, not sure which.

theyre only squishing gap between raid tiers from classic to mop not low level stuff

29s will have glyphs and more spells, will it still be worth it to be f2p? worried the 29's will have too much of an advantage
