Actually it isn't because the only two abilities you can use after charge ( regardless if it's 1.5 sec stun or Warbringer's 3 sec ) are mortal and slam, due to rage starvation after those two abilites -makes no diff if you stun the target for aditional 1.5 sec . And then only thing you can do...
