Go to boralus, then log out and back in (must have an Azerite item traded to you)

from what you’ve seen, are the crafted engineering goggles (green lens, master) bis? Do Northrend engineering items have a level req?

Which Northrend engineering items are usable at 10? Mechanized gogs? Mark S boomstick? Trinkets? Also, are all mogs usable?
