Admittedly I haven't even made any effort to put games together in over a week now. It seems that many 29s have moved to 20 f2p, or 10-19 - personally I've been enjoying the 59 wargames. I suppose my experience could differ from others, but I've also had days spent sitting 4-5 hours in queue...

Imo one of the best things about 59 is the gearing - almost all of the gear is farmable in dungeons, with the exception of a few quest items or the occasional boe. Nothing really breaks the bank - even leveling engineering/inscription cost me under 15k on BH. The 59 armory list is still a decent...

29 random bg queues still pop, albeit less frequently. Queue times are much better in the evening when people are home from work or school. The games we get are much more competitive than the ones before the patch, so I don't mind the extra wait. We'll also be working to organize wargames as...

29 queues xp off queues seem to be a lot more active at night after 8-9PM EST. Lots of people at work/school during the day, but I've had some pretty quick queues in the evenings.

I'd say both 29 and 39 are doing pretty well right now. Relatively fast arena and BG queues in both brackets. 39 definitely has a bit more organized play in the form of wargames and arenas, but we're working to bring 29 arenas and WG's up to par.

Darkwater talwar is no good on hunters as the proc only works on melee hits. Axiom basically covered everything else I'd say. A blue BG crate staff, or even the more common ilvl 31 gnarled ash staff is a good substitute until you find the ilvl 35 one. good luck!

It does drop, just keep in mind that it's subject to the -75% effectiveness debuff that trinkets get in pvp. It becomes 8 crit/8 agi on use in arenas and bgs.

Already got some 3v3 arena scrims thanks to this disc, it's a great idea to organize play at 39. Tell your friends!
