Blackwater cutlass ilvl 20

I'm making a survival hunter twink lvl 29 seen some other players gear and wanted to go with that was going to use darkwater talwar with elemental force and the blackwater cutlass with same enchantment. Anyways I seen in game that the blackwater cutlass is ilvl 20? But the guys gear I was looking at is ilvl 30 at level 29. Is this going to get a higher item level once I do reach level 29 or did they change it? At the moment I am using the eagle talon heirloom spear with ele force but kinda want to duel weild.not sure if I can find fel barbed spear or not easily like everything else .anyone have any idea what's going on because I definitely do not lol thanks in advance!

Go with double daring dirk as your 2 one hander's.

Weapon swap with an Ilvl 35 Gnarled Ash Staff if you can find one thats you're BiS Two-Hander

Technically you're 2 BiS Items would be 2 Level 29 Blackvenom Blades but thats damn near impossible.

Weapon damage means very little when it comes to playing survival because a lot of the time if you're playing BG's you're just dot spamming anyway

If you're looking for a good survival armory for 29's I recommend looking at @Plants armory.

Blackwater cutlass scales to the level of whoever it drops for. So if you run deadmines on a 29 several times until it drops, it will be a level 29 cutlass. Thats why you'll see various versions of it.

the black venom blade is very rare drop I read! Hopefully can find it! Thanks again! And the daring Dirk I've looked everywhere at those vendors even on different characters and cant find at all.unless its every once in awhile I think I'm S.O.L on the weapon factor for best in slot until I figure something else out

Darkwater talwar is no good on hunters as the proc only works on melee hits. Axiom basically covered everything else I'd say. A blue BG crate staff, or even the more common ilvl 31 gnarled ash staff is a good substitute until you find the ilvl 35 one.

I parked 2 Alts beside the 2 vendors for about 5 days and finally picked up the first Daring Dirk. I have a Sentinel's Blade until I get another Daring Dirk.
