Does this trinket drop for 29s? Wowhead has it listed as level 30 required, but I swear I saw a 29 with one. Thanks.

It drops, you just have to queue specifically for scarlet halls.

It's also legacy loot? not sure what that means exactly but I think it will only drop for certain classes then they have to give it to you... or it wont drop for you if team does not have a class that can actually pick it up... something like that.

I believe that if you try to get it with say a holy pal... a prot pal... and 3 Rets... it cannot drop... could be completely wrong.

It does drop, just keep in mind that it's subject to the -75% effectiveness debuff that trinkets get in pvp. It becomes 8 crit/8 agi on use in arenas and bgs.
