The theory was done for 70 twinks during Legion. It still applies today and works the same for any level.

What Gandara said, it’s not so much twinks that cause the main imbalance, it’s the class’ are just not balanced at this level. 27-29 leveling wars, hunters (all specs) among others rip up the bracket just fine in enchanted BoAs

Got me interested to see my guardian numbers. Normal tank set is leech gear but very little sockets, was only around 160dps but didn’t need to heal. Made a quick video in mastery set, no audio no editing.

For Feral, Waste walker had a 29% up time with auto attacks only over 30mins. Seven re applications within that time. Found an old message where I was talking about testing with a guildie. Hope this helps with your research.

Problem is 32 ilvl weapon is to low however it did work on 42 ilvl weapon so somewhere between there. Says 15 leech but only provides 7 or so.

For those interested I added some tooltip stats for the various enchants in OP.

Theory crafting sites don’t formulate the enchant correctly because basically it’s broken. Your theory is plausible but flawed. If that was the case then other plus damage in other slots would have the same effect but they do not. Example there is a neck, ring and some other items you can wear...
