WTF - I thought I'd checked all my 50's for usable gear - clearly not. On a 25 WW Monk farmer it's completely broken - 424 Heal per kill. Havent pressed Vivify in two hours of farming. Screenshot shows Viivfy but that was from the previous session.

The Unyielding Bracers can be crafted with a Relic for a 20 but the Epic Girdle 100% can't already checked that out. I went through all my TBC cloth recipes and anthing slightly interesting from TBC, cant be crafted - Spellfire set could have been interesting .....

You have no cc breaker either - have fun against any team with a Lock / Sub / DH rogue in it. Int / Versa would be too low for me, going Stam > Everything might work - but also consider you HOTS are going to be relatively low when self healing due to your health pool it might not. How...

All the green armor BoE's are level 19 ilevel 28 from the Legion / Bfa Zones - never seen anything else. doesn't matter if you farm on a 24 or 25 both get Level 19 required i28 - Weapons are the only differences
