Tanaan Jungle scaling drop testing (LF a subbed vet)

Hello, so I still have like 11 days of subbed time on my Main account, and I would like to test the Tanaan Jungle rare drops (since my atlas loot addon shows me they dont have a level requirement). I would like some1 with game time to partener up with me to see if I can trade it from a high level to a low level if they are în the same party and to see if the item will not incur a level requirement.

Pretty sure when you try and trade it the item will be red for the 20, or un-tradeable as the 20 couldn't loot in the first place

Can you even trade WoD rare drops? None of the apexis loot was tradeable.
