EU is dead right now. You can see it with the amount of EU on arena ladder. 20-29s section has only three pages combined for 2s ratings... 20-29s US have 11. If EU cant get 2's going ... then maybe their bracket might be dead ...

But even so, playing against a flyhacker can be fun. It just takes a bit strategy to win... Of course Gokku wouldn't cap until the flag was returned to his base, so it's possible to pick the flag up right before he caps and kill him then. Or use a sap strat to keep Gokku chill until another one...

I thought the chance was about the same though. That even though its a higher percent chance to proc with a slower weapon, you end up with less hits for it to proc off of. In the end it evens itself out because [less hits * better proc chance] = [more hits * worse proc chance]. Though someone...

Rogue DPS Stats Spreadsheet I posted it in the veterans section >.< The Combat spreadsheet should be spot on. Some guys in the thread helped me out to make sure it was 100%. I made the Assassination spreadsheet but I would check the numbers in game to be sure :D
