The fact is...

Dear 19 twinkers,

People in this bracket have become to obsessed with winning and stat whoring. Yes, stat whoring. People will not take a loss even if it means getting better. They would rather /afk out then have a loss on their statistics. People are faction changing but not from Horde to Alliance. The bracket is as unbalanced as its ever been. I've been a 19 for over a year now and I love the community, trust me I really do but I'm changing brackets and I'm going to the 20-24 brackets. I have friends their but the main reason is because of how unbalanced the bracket is. The only 2 positive people I've played with recently on Alliance are Sneaky and Trillium. Their very positive and never give up. Most of the alli looks at the scoreboard and sees a few BH people and they get mad and start calling people trash. When I began playing in this bracket I was 14-15. Since then I am 8-42. It's not the fact that I'm always the first one targeted. It's not getting gy farmed by Dorygoon and Pizza that gets me mad its just the lack of the want to win on alliance that really gets me mad. It gets me mad that no horde are willing to change to Alliance to make more balanced games. Think of all the big names in this bracket and they are now all horde.People have to step up and balance the bracket.

Sadly I have to agree. All of the transferring and the graveyard camping is what finally made me stop playing this bracket. Would love it, if one day it would start to balance out. But that is a very desperate wish that will most likely never come true .

It's not that the Alliance "don't try" .. it's more like our efforts are very strenuous and futile and what we need most are a balancing of healers.

I know the feeling. Now more than ever people are easily discouraged because of the burst in the bracket, which lets a few grouped up players control the game, I used to only play my mage on horde, but it has gotten to the point where games are just one sided. Whatever faction needs help I switch to that side, for alliance my rogue, for horde I started playing my priest for heals. Yes games aren't great to due to the burst which fuels unbalanced classes comps, but that doesn't mean we can't do anything about it. I had 2-3 very competitive games today and yesterday, by switching to the losing side, which is a sign that we can fix this. People need to switch factions and help the losing sides to make games more competitive.

I've been helping people in WT with professions and enchants since I joined. Now I'm willing to fund people on Bleeding Hollow depending on who you are. I have an 85 mage with a two-seat rocket mount, and with enchanting that has most of the twink enchants. Though my mage isn't geared at all, I can also help with agm. If you want to play alliance, I can put enchants through the BB AH, and still help with professions etc.

come on i gy farm with pizza and dori all the time wheres my credit

The bracket has always had faction imbalance. Every bracket in the game has always had faction imbalance. Switching brackets isn't going to change that.

If you're looking for a bracket that is more class balanced, organized, and objectively-minded, don't go to the 20-24 bracket. Try out some of the higher brackets, maybe. The 20-24 bracket would only be worse.

I didn't really realize how cutthroat this bracket is and how little respect that people in the bracket have for competition and their fellow players, until I played 29s again yesterday. 29 games have been popping a few days a week, and I decided to try playing on Sundays. In 2 of the 3 games I played, the Alliance team was short 2 players for most of the match. Rather than the Horde team using this to their advantage and farming the shorted team for HKs, they just sat 2 people out. 2 people just hung out on a stump in mid, and this is recognized as being on the sidelines. They weren't killed or harassed. They joined in later when the Alliance team filled out. It was a cool sight, both teams working together to just play fun, competitive games and not using unfairness to gain some advantage.

While I do appreciate the passion and mindset of "win at all costs", at some point those wins come at the cost of the quality of the bracket.

lmfao 19s will never have the respect to sit out when the other team is down

and if it ever happened the other team would b in so much shock they'd kill the person

i think some people consider competing and actually trying hard in a battleground that's probably hopeless frustrating and a waste of the precious time they have off of work and/ or school.

some people only play for a quick win to feel good about themselves and can't be fucked stomaching the feeling of failure on their time off.

i've considered being one of these people but i do personally enjoy the tougher games, they are much more rewarding and memorable when you can win.

it's just a matter of perspective.

I worded some parts in their wrong and I know that this bracket has never been perfect but this is horrible. Pizza if you were 8-42 tell me that your wouldnt want to try something new. Look at it from my perspective in which I've tried to stick around and balance the bracket but if you were me you would do the same thing

I'm moving from an unbalanced bracket to and even bigger unbalanced bracket, your rant confuses me.

anyways, have fun with those 13 year olds who are trying the game for the first time and will probably look for an option to follow you in BG's

Oh, for sure. Try other brackets out to see how you like them in comparison to 19s. I just wouldn't suggest the 20-24 bracket. You'll experience the same problems in the 20-24 bracket as you do in the 19 bracket, but worse.

This bracket needs some positive role models for the new players or it's not going to get any better.
