There is honestly no reason as to why every bracket (with the exception of 90s & 100s) cant come together and organize games. 19 would be the easiest to coordinate & organize by far. 59 has been popular for only a year, and they have daily wargames ranging from 20-40 players. People just need to step & and attempt to make their brackets active, like I've been saying.
I know for a fact 19s, 29s, 39s, and 70s all have the numbers to get some activity occurring.
