Any bracket for ferals?

I been feeling like playing a feral druid lately but I've honestly never seen anyone play feral druid so I was wondering if there are any brackets (besides 120) they are strong in?

Ferals seem fine at 39 and upwards really. Seen a few at 39, and their damage is good.

I haven't seen a bracket where they really shine bright. 79+ might be better because the mastery is a big flat damage increase.

39, vehx has done very well with feral. Unless there has been a recent fix, it's pretty good once geared properly.
