Greens aren't going to scale to 20, I think best bet is Gnomer and hope for some blues, pretty sure those scale.

I think I paid 1100 for mine 2 years ago, never seen it lag. Have had 2 wow clients running, wow and diablo, it doesn't care.
Enchant Weapon siphoning is 9 leech at 20, seems OP... esp dual wielding on a non strength class playing the front line
Yep, can not. Once unlocked mog is usable on any class that can use that armor, it's not class specific, even though it's old class tier.
