Rumor has it if looted before 7.3.5 it stays the old ilvl and if looted after it scales up. Chops had a post about his ptr findings?!

Well I think it's tied with BG ring... same stats and WSG vendor ring for the 2nd option. But hearing the dungeon satchel ring is getting an ilvl buff.
