EU+US Initial PTR thoughts...

Doesn't sound like healing with be able to keep up with all the dmg output.
 
Looks like MW monk in legion will be something like BM monk now. He bursted my 29 disc in like 5 seconds and his healing was pretty good as well (8k cocoon).
 
Resto shaman might be the premier healer at level 20 since no other healer has dispel before level 21 besides Druid*. But since most healers didn't know how to dispel in this bracket anyway... Unleash life will be a nice addition. The problem is with all the gap closing tools, getting melee off without help will be painful. Affliction locks will be a nice addition in this regard, plus their damage is nasty.

With haunt and new Drain Soul they will be essential in whittling down tough targets.

for those who missed, you can tmog high level quest reward items with no level req. atleast atm.
 
Played around with an affli lock for a bit. Dmg numbers definitely aren't final on anything, but unstable affliction looks like it will remain an extremely dangerous spell even after numbers are tuned. Spamming agony still makes the stacks go higher like on live (the talent for double ramp up dmg on agony will be insane). The combination of the new soul leech and drain life made it possible to heal from about 20% to full almost instantly. I did everything with no heirlooms and against mobs about 4-6 levels higher than me (still felt like I was fully geared). No duels or anything.....seems kinda pointless with all the burst that won't even be the same come launch. Also, we don't get rain of fire at level 20 like Wowhead said.

as it is now - yes.
More so, if you have done quests that is not available anymore you will still be able to tmog rewards if they got no level req on them.

basically any quest reward your class can equip and has no level requirement on it. could be a bug.

Oh wow, that is awesome. I used to have the Airship Marine's Sharpshooter on one of my 90 Huntards.

I hope this is how it stays. It will give so much more choice for mogs for Vets and 29's. Unfortunately F2P's won't benefit but it's going to be awesome if it remains.

What about something like Ketya's Boomstick? Or Front-Line Blunderbuss? Man the possibilities are endless. Think of all the swords, maces, poles etc etc.

If it stays we gonna get some blingage for our Vet's :D
