I wanted to go farm Talon of Vultros, but then i looked it up on wowhead and it says 0.2% drop rate.
Is this the actual drop rate? And has anyone tried to farm this?

I got it after 2 kills, it's quite common, shouldn't take more than a few kills

The lvl 7 req one is easy to get, but if u want to use ToV x2 u also need the one that req lvl 11

Drop rate isn't accurate on Wowhead anymore, because this item wasn't available during Cataclysm and MoP. During this time every uploaded data lowered the percentage.
Although Westfall is widely favored by questing alliance players, besides it's a cross-realm zone. I hardly find him alive, so I've given up. If the actual drop rate is high as you've said, maybe I will try again late night.

There is a level 7 and a level 11. The level 7 one drops all the time, not worth wasting your gold on. Now the level 11 one is super rare, goes for a very high price. The only way to dual wield ToV is to have both the level 7 and level 11 one.

There's no need for the level 11 version since screwdriver is best OH.

You'll get it, hang in there. If you have a paid character that can crz you it will go super fast. He can spawn in one of 3 spots so check them all.
