In prep for WoD

no one ever said 24's will be better, right now we have to wait to see what scaling blizzard puts in place, but based on what they have now, if a 29 now is wearing 8-10 items in a build and a 24 can equip them. those items on a 24 would scale equal to or higher then the same items on a 29. imo, i would wait before rushing players to 29 in prep for WOD.

glyphs are gonna be rather crucial, and bracket changing, so if anything being 25+ will be mandatory, and for some classes the spells they gain at 25-28

I love seeing p2p 20 and 24s lie to themselves saying 24s will be better than 29s. Its the whole dilemma of the BvB and RoP again (the dagger and Ring arent BiS until you get them). Since you dont have a 29, you convince yourself that 24 will be "BiS" with "if this and if that".
I do not recall anyone stating "24s will be better than 29s". Everything in this thread is conjecture right now and we all know that. We won't have any real ideas how items scale in the expanded bracket until the beta testing phase. And even then it is still speculation until 6.0 prepatch hits live in several weeks. And after that there will be even more hotfixes before WoD actually drops.
This coming year is going to be glorious for lowbie twinks. It will be a little slow like it usually is at the beginning of every new expansion, but we shall persist through it. Twinking is in the best shape that it has ever been, EVER!

Frankly I'm in favor of P2P 24s migrating too 29s right now.

P2P 24's joined the bracket for instant pops 24/7, so I doubt that they will move to 29s that currently have 0 pops / scheduled times. I see people migrating to 29s when WoD hits and they are forced to. Only time will tell what level is best to stick at, so it is best to just stay put for the time being.

God if 29 bracket came back... I woudn't even need GF'd gear. So many trash can 24 twinks to throw out in the dumpster.

Provide reasonable evidence which supports this claim

Not that I even have an inkling to have to prove any of my claims.
Pre "Ruin Migration" queue times were greater than EIGHT HOURS when XP off started.
Now you give me a something does not support my claim.

After Migration for all brackets, q's popped 24/7. Again MULTIPLE brackets of Twink vs. Twink games. How many brackets can say that RIGHT now?

We are in the post migration right now. And instead of having a player base of a few hundred we have a player base of thousands, We have access to enchants that were just dreamed about even a few months ago. Let alone, even conceived a few years ago for twinks at this level.

And on the topic of preparing, there are some rather nice BoEs available starting at 26. I have not noticed any at 25.

Take out the 20-24 bracket and how many Twinks are left? The player base argument is ridiculous, and not in any sense true. Your claim is diluted based on multiple brackets failing to get games and the very few left being funneled into the cesspool that is the 20-24 bracket in order to get pops. You literally have no clue what you are talking about. The player base has gone from 1000s to 100s. You must be trolling.

With XP off we can run run instances over and over without fear of leveling. In fact, just a few weeks ago Blizzard made boosting with a higher level even easier for us.

that's kind of like taking the ftp model out of the equation and figuring out what does the 14/19/24 communities would do without them. it will literally revert back to the point where the only pvp would be at the max range and would be little to no pvp for low levels (hence is to why the ftp model can't go past 20).

I do agree with your estimate though, seeing how it's the end of the content until WoD comes out. Goldshire would surely be a ghost town if it wasn't for the connected realms.

You aren't making valid points. How many runs do you think I had to make for perfect Eagle gloves on my 39s? Twinking is in a wait and hopefully WoD be better state. Hardly the "best twinking has ever been"

We are still waiting on valid rebuttals to my points. All you have done so far is say that my are no good. You have yet to state why while I have given examples. Below is another...
We have a plethora of BoAs to choose from that are account wide now. And that offer much better stats than the gear we had before. This makes it so much easier to gear a toon. A quality improvement if you ask me.

Easy does not equal better. It just creates less variety in the gearing process and everyone instead gravitating towards cookie cutter builds. No imagination and no thought process involved. Just copy someone else's armory. Again your points are terrible. I bet 100k gold that if you polled every bracket and asked them when the best era of twinking was, the overall majority of the brackets would never vote for the present.

If you remember, we had cookie cutter builds even in the "good ole days". We had much less variety than we have now.
This non-existent poll that you speak of would be strictly based on nostalgia, not on true game play. The game has made great strides in game play improvements since Vanilla and tBC. And now for another twink improvement for the lower brackets in the section. Glyphs... Need I say more?

100k. Stop making excuses. Glyphs will effect 1 BRACKET. Game play hasn't changed since WOTLK/ Cata. Mid control is mid control is mid control. 100k.

100k what does mean?
Glyphs have effected all brackets but the lowest of the low brackets since the good ole days. I am still waiting for your valid debates for each of my points concerning twinking pre 3.0 .
Scaling has been added as wIell. That has added a new flavor and strategy to the mix since the of yore.
Your turn.. You have quite a bit of catching up to now.

Concerning the discussing for prep for WoD... I am a little torn about what is going to happen with the current enchants. And the heirlooms with enchants on them. Because of a few thing that will be happening in WoD. The Heirloom tab, enchants on items are getting trimmed down a lot( but we are getting enchants to rings and necks added). My concerns are.. Will the BoA we have now just go away? I doubt it, I presume that will "learn" one and it will disappear but we will keep the rest in our inventory. Who knows?? I hope this is the case. I have several sets of each heirloom with different enchants for different toons and different gear sets. I probably have 20 of the caster heirloom capes. It would be a huge hassle to re-enchant all these items again. so much speculation right now. All part of the fun.

Pre 3.0 was never mentioned by you. You have made no valid points to your claim to how twinking is in it's best possible state. You refuse to support it with evidence from the player base, which you used as argument, even at the bet of 100k. Its been your move this entire time.
