during the anniversary event for the past few years, yes. Assuming that's still true, you'll be able to get some during that window too

I didn't really dig deep enough on it, but at the surface that seems "wowhead ways" to get rep was out of 20s reach when i want to get a shoulder enchant from them
I have somehow gotten to honored with them without even noticing, so I'm gonna assume its possible to go the distance.
Some boss in Violet Hold (Legion) gives 250 rep, don't remember if it's 1st or 2nd tho
Also some boss in Vault of Wardens give 250 rep, either last or 2nd to last, don't remember exactly
I'm f2p, so all the reps I listed are possible for f2ps
it's the gnome boss "millificent manastorm" from the first boss wave that gives the rep.
if you plan on farming this rep its better to just let the mobs break down the door thing after you've killed the first boss spawn and then run out and reset, instead of tortureing yourself with clearing everything for the door to open.
guess the most efficient would be with a mage booster to just make new legion dalaran portals and then reset but not everyone has that luxury, it's still going to take a couple minutes before the mobs break through the door the other way so you better have some tv shows lined up for this grind..

Pretty sure Vault of the Wardens doesn't give any rep but there is a boss in VH that gives 250 rep and I'm pretty sure it's one of the random ones. The Millhouse one I think maybe?
Yes, she's one of the 3 possible first wave bosses
I know that elite bosses during invasions give wardens rep, and I have a toon who's revered with them from just that. Exalted with legion reps will come from drips and drabs through invasion WQs.
However, specific to wardens, only the pet is really useful. Everything else has an innate minimum level of 45, so can't use the recipes, toys, or blood shoulder enchant.
