Hello everyone I recently joined the community and have a few things I need help with.
I used to play in the 70s bracket quite a few years back , I think it was after wotlk and before Cata if I remember well I still have my rogue, feral, enha, warlock sadly I can’t link em atm I m on vacation and I post from phone.
Anyways , I wanted to know if the 70s bracket is worth it in EU , mostly horde side but I can lvl a toon in ally if it’s a good community.
Is there a real difference between lvl 70-75-79 ? I am a casual player and mostly interested inBGs.
Also interested in the 80-89 since I haven’t tried it ever and I have a couple characters around lvl 82-86 ( feral, warrior and enhance on ally side). Is the lvl 80-89 twinking a thing?
I would appreciate any info / guides/ suggestions on gearing, specs( mostly an agility player)
and if any guilds would accept a casual pvper since time is limited with job, kid etc etc.

Finally I AM SORRY for the wall of text and thanx in advance for anyone who would bother read and maybe reply.

The 70s bracket has its core members currently playing together in endgame, but it is still in a good state. With the PvP updates, lots of people are returning and people joining again. Our guild is in a good spot as we stand!
(We are alliance though)

Yes, but I recommend staying 70. Any twink that is not a round number (60, 70, 80) will be frowned upon by most of the community. They are stronger, but you'll be on your own.

Unfortunately not since MoP. The MoP gear killed the PvE side, leaving no community for a new PvP side to return to when they made it better again.

We'll be able to guide you any day, anytime. If you have any questions just add my Btag: Shinela#21248
Also recommend joining the 70s group (go to social in the battlenet app; click groups; click join group; paste this: https://blizzard.com/invite/Wmz50CK49 )

Finally I AM SORRY for the wall of text
... Well I just one upped you. xD

First of all I wanna thank you for the quick responses.
I ll try linking ( dunno if it will work) some of my toons ( struggled to remember some names and look them up ehhehehe), is their gear totally garbage or they still stand a chance to begin with?
And also what means the term “grandfathered?( probably a noob question but been away too long).

Grandfathered means that a piece of gear is no longer available, but if you happened to get it when it was available, you get to keep it and use it.

For example, the shoulder enchant that you have on your rogue (stam/resilience) is no longer available. You still have it and can use it, so its grandfathered. However I believe resilience was nerfed a bunch, so its no longer good - but its somewhat rare/unique in that the shoulder enchant can't be obtained anymore.

Thank you necroaqua for clarifying that.
I am thinking to start leveling an ally twink lvl 70 on Argent Dawn Eu but I am kinda torn between feral , rogue , enha , hunter( sv or bm), pvp wise always what do you guys think is better in terms of being viable and fun? Also any race combination would be appreciated , I know in the end it comes to “ play what you like” but some suggestions are always nice .
Also is ww/ brm monk viable in pvp at this level?

Thanx again
