For those of you that bemoan the loss of the sacred methods, there are currently but 2 scraps I have for you.
Scrap #1 - The exploit still works for arena skirmishes. It works exactly the same way.People level through arena skirmishes just as they do BGs. Try queueing solo for some 1v2 or 1v3 action. To queue solo you can use 1 or 2 friends/F2P accounts... or asking people nicely if you can fight solo.
Note: I think you need to queue as a group of 3 or as a healer to get 3v3s to start popping.
Scrap #2 - Apparently you get random exp in WSG so this has very little use.
Some of you may remember @iaccidentallytwink made an addon called Warscrub Gulch when the exploit died back in Cataclysm. This addon let's you play Warsong Gulch while blocking the ways you get experience.

You enter the BG with your XP on and it blocks your experience gains as such:

Hey guys, the exploit still works for BGs as it did before the patch.
... I may release the macro shortly... I don't want it removed before I can switch to classic. The amount of pure hatred and dedication some people put into their crusades to get this exploit fixed is scary. Blizz is prob keeping an eye on it ATM.
For now, I just want to instil hope to you guys that it's still 100% possible. I did 3 games with it this afternoon. Play around with those macros
! If you figure it out, don't tell people that you're not 100% confident won't spread or crusade against it.

Also, be aware that you can see the Experience Eliminator buff on other players whether they are part of your faction or not.

- If your team is about to cap the flag, it will kick you out of the BG.
- If the game is about to end it will either start to log you out at 40 seconds, or kick you out of the BG at 10 seconds left.
- If the opposing team is about to get their 3rd cap, it will kick you out of the BG
