usually ppl that act "alpha" or wants to lead, has some minority complex or narcissistic tendencies. As a personal rule I never follow some1 that takes lead only those that are handed leadership, and even then only if he/she tries to refuse the role of leadership.
Only a true leader realizes that leadership is a figure of imagination and would much rather inspire his ppl to lead themselves.

also keep in mind always, work on your body all you want... dont fucking over-do it, historical evidence shows people who bodybuild excessively have had random death usually related to strain on the heart... very commonly like between age 36-51, obviously much earlier than they should... usually from heart problems. Never know what'll happen, all things moderation as a result..

MMA/just generally having physical destructive potential(being[BIG]); only works on people who dont use guns, otherwise you might as well keep your shit tucked in your clothes for the females who DO care, no ones impressed these days...

If there is a close distance between you and the person with the gun you can distract them with dumb ass little questions, "I don't have any cash on me, can I write you a cheque?" As stupid as it sounds, that person has to process what you just said which takes time, even if it's only a second or two. It takes his mind off shooting you; he has to process that question and give a response. Which is where your reaction would happen. I don't think bodybuilding is even bad, it's just the fact that most people who body build on a massive scale are usually on some form of steroids, which raise blood pressure, which can lead to stroke/heart-attack. Also, Joe Rogan takes TRT; Testosterone replacement therapy (common in older/middle-aged men) It's not to give them some sort of crazy T lvls or anything like that, it's just to bring their T lvls up to average/safe lvls

did i ever say i was better than him. He is a fucking beast and has been lifting for double my time. I just was talking about my shoulder to waist ratio. Johneffer is more cut in that picture but my arm in that pose is nearly as big if not the same.

TI's CoC is never enforced, but it's so vaguely worded that ANY random post can be argued to be against TI's CoC, which give mods the ability to ban anyone they don't like/agree with.
