After you got all items you want from both sides you log out and log back in and you will be in the island and you choose faction.

Many of the good quest rewards are in the beginning of the dungeons - I think they are mostly faction specific - can you pick them up as a neutered panda? This intrigues meh.

The only dungeon quest I could complete are in WC because its a neutral quest

Hmm, lets say you stay grouped with an other panda after leaving the starting area, this panda choose horde which will allow him to do the quest normally. If you remain in the same group and the horde panda kills the dudes u need for your quest it should also give the neutral panda credit for the quest. I doubt it works, but if this isnt fixed after the maintenance I guess it would worth trying it out.

Edit: Anyway Im glad I decided to complete Alliance only quests and then go Horde since there are no quests with that kind of problem on ally side.
