It always seems so strange to me that it is socially acceptable to make fun of people with mental disabilities over the Internet. But the second someone "fat shames" someone, the Calvary comes a rolling in demeaning the person that did the shaming. Sometimes even shaming the shamer. Which actually defeats the whole purpose of them championing their cause since they are against against shaming.
It is almost as if these people that were defending "fat shaming" were defending themselves. Where as the people that defend people with mental disabilities are defending the defenseless.
The Internet is such a great subject for social study, don't you all agree?
I reject this statement. Sometimes it's said a picture can be worth a thousand words and the memes often used to replace words are a more accurate and sincere statement of emotion. Pictures can have facial expression, body language and a wide range of meaning that cannot be put into words, ontop of that it can strike an empathetic cord far more easier than words as a result, which can end up being funny as well because of that enhanced meaning.Another thing that is quite interesting is when people show their emotions through pictures rather than writing them out. It is almost as if they don't possess the cognitive ability to string a few well written words together.
Enjoy this beautiful Sunday everyone! It is beautiful outside today.

In other words memes are the superior form of communication
