This is such a stupid argument. There are plenty of skilled pvpers who only play in exp-on and never touch exp-off. I've done 1000's of exp-on skirmishes in the 90-99 bracket for example and I've run into a large number of players with the arena master title. There's almost zero arena master twinks out there (yes they exist, but not many).

Most of the truly hardcore and skilled pvpers never set foot in exp-off. They will however level alts through exp-on pvp.

Those players may or may not even know that one can turn experience off in WoW.
There are a LOT of players in WoW that only do a few things but very few that have done a lot of things.

It's not insta and this was on horde as well when I was on my ally, the bg after horde had normal players.

Yes, I do but what does ptr have to do with this thread? This was about some bug that let xpon players into xpoff bg's. This ain't about ptr arena's.

Not bug, the merge in legion.

The point of this thread was the bg's which had lvlers in them for no reason and after like 2 games the games were back with "normal" players. So this hasn't anything to do with legion cus' the merge didn't happen yet.
