Isn't SF quite much more expensive than Tarantula silk sash? Don't know 'bout us but on EU servers the belt goes for 20k, sf for 50k?

Though I can imagine a shammy/druid trading his SF for a tarantula belt any time, BiS rare item for a BiS rare item that doesn't drop anymore? Why not, I mean get it now or cry when there are none left on the markets

As far as I know it still does unless they changed something in 4.3, it just has an extremely low drop chance as always..

The rare can no longer drop it since its lvl got dropped to 16
a mob cannot drop an item that requires a higher lvl to equip then it itself is
belt requires 18 mob is 16 hence does not drop
also the reason why shadowfang only drops off bosses n rare spawn =)
sf requires 19 only bosses and rare are above 19
back on topic! gl trading it =) could always just hold onto it and sell it for more later as its only gonna grow in value
