To be fair, there's plenty of them on AH's across a multitude of Realms, of varying Levels. I'm not saying yours doesn't have value, just pointing out it's not as rare as you might think.

I also have one with ilvl 29, have you seen any higher than that or is that as good as they come?

All my pre SL level 20 freezing bands are ilvl 27. Only one had +4 frost resist. Levels 22, 24 and 25 rings are ilvl 29. I've only seen one freezing band listed on AH the past month.

It's an ok item. I've used two before but they just don't proc enough. Fun though fitting the theme of an ultimate frost mage and being as annoying as possible against melee.

I would use it 100%, but i'm low on gold since socketed 20 gear is 150k each on Ravencrest.. fire relics going for 200k etc.
Also, the one i have equipped is left over from level 39 when used it in my scaled epic set along with Eye of Flame, Lady Maye's Pendant, Glowing Brightwood Staff and others. The freezing band i'm selling was scaled to either level 41 or 43 when it dropped, so unusable at the time.

Yes, the reason i think the freezing band i have is unique is the level req + ilvl.

ilvl 28/29 do seem to be far rarer than ilvl 27. They also have increased stats.

How many ilvl 28/29 have you seen? This has more intellect, more frost res and more dmgh on proc than the ilvl 27 version. I think its rarer than people realise.
